Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Prepare the Furniture
Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will reach out to schedule a convenient time to collect the items directly from your home.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees.
